I have previously tried physio and massage, even reflexology and osteopathy. All gave some relief but never deep enough. Rolfing was suggested to me by my Orthopedic Surgeon as a relief before he could examine properly. Rolfing has been the best manipulation therapy for me. I no longer have a frozen shoulder and my muscles and joints are feeling much better. I walk taller and feel my circulation has improved greatly. I highly recommend Catherine and Rolfing.

Catherine Fong has helped me to regain the use of my right knee after a few sessions of Rolfing. It was an old football injury that weakened considerably and I was constantly fearful of it 'snapping'. I have been to physiotherapist, to chiropractor and to orthopedic consultant but to no avail other than to undergo surgery. The application of Catherine's skill was simply amazing and I am now visiting her twice a month to upkeep the 'strength' of that much improved knee. Another transformation is my body structure is more erect, not that I slouch, and I seem to have more energy. Most of all I am walking with no inhibitions of the knee giving way.

“I have tested many types of sport massages, gym sessions and Pilates in order to improve my posture and to reduce back pain. Nothing has been more effective than Rolfing. Catherine has really done a great job. I wasn’t fully convinced initially, but after a couple of sessions I really started to notice clear improvements. Today I’m really “hooked” and have started to recommend Rolfing to all friends and colleagues with similar challenges”.

After seeing many doctors and numerous pairs of "new technology" shoes the pain at my left heel not only persisted but got worse. Proper walking was such a torture that I resorted to dragging my left feet, and as a result I placed a lot of strain on my right leg. I needed regular massages plus foot reflexology, every other day. These treatments though helpful but only provided temporary relief. These doctor visits, buying shoes and massage sessions, lasted for more than six months. When my wife found out that her Pilates teacher Cat, is also a certified Rolfer, I booked a session with her even though I have no knowledge of Rolfing. I am glad that I did. She cured my heel, no kidding ...I am pain-free now. It was such a relief and for once I no longer fear weekends at the mall with my family. In addition to my heel pain, the ten Rolfing sessions that I had opened up my chest, improve my breathing and "de-frozen" my shoulders. Thanks ALOT, Cat.

I never thought of doing Rolfing because I do not have any injuries or body pains. I was pre-occupied, "hooked" actually with my private Pilates sessions with Cat. However, the changes that I saw in David after his first session shocked me. He looked so much calmer with a never seen before inner glow, and for the first time since the 10+ years that I know him, I saw his neck! His shoulders used to be so tensed-up, sort of frozen, that makes him look neck-less.
I felt that I "grew" taller after my first session but kept the excitement to myself, pretty certain that it was my imagination. When my friends commented about me being a few inches taller, I was ecstatic. Apparently Rolfing stretches out the muscle fibers and makes them more supple and elastic. These stretched muscles then add inches to our height. In addition I felt more coordinated and balanced in my daily activities, my energy levels have improved and even my complexion is better now. Cat, thanks over, and over, and over again, for a taller and happier me. Btw, I am so happy with my results after my block of ten, that I top-up my session..
